Our history

2017
Viktor Ihnatyuk founded Boosty Labs on Dec 17 as a small development company with only 10 people.
The team mostly worked with Storj, which became our first client.
2018
Boosty Labs became a devshop to provide other blockchain services for key players on the market.
2019
Boosty Labs showed immense expertise and creativity in developing very technically complex solutions. Our credibility was unquestionable — and more clients, i.e. Bloom Protocol, flooded in.
2020
Signed even more clients and attracted investments from NetSolid Investments. By the end of the year, also started working with DuckDAO — the company that was at the dawn of DeFi.
2021
Landed our first contract with Codefi — part of ConsenSys’ product suite. Partnered with Ledger, Pocket Network, and other big clients. This year, we also started Boosty Ventures to help talented founders launch their projects and attract investments.
2022
As we continued to expand the team, our home country, Ukraine, was caught in a full-scale russian invasion. Acting quickly to provide aid to those in need, we established the Boosty Fund and raised $2.3M for Ukraine.
2023
To move forward during this uneasy year for everyone in crypto, Boosty Labs decided to work not only with leading Web3 companies, but also promising startups. Resilience + flexibility. This combo got us through the most volatile times.
2024
This year, we’re introducing a new service for enterprises and Fortune 500 companies — blockchain consultancy. It focuses on 4 main use cases depending on company needs: track and trace, digital proof/ownership, digital identity, and financial services. Expecting to make this year our most successful yet.
2025
In 2025, we’re driving strategic growth through high-impact focus areas for scale-ups, enterprises, and global organizations: DEX aggregator services, institutional stablecoin development, ISO 27001 certification preparation, and company-wide AI SDLC onboarding. These initiatives strengthen security, accelerate innovation, and enable sustainable growth.

Vitalii Yatskiv

CEO

Vitalii has been in the blockchain space since 2016. He has experience in blockchain infrastructure, enterprise solutions, and cross-ecosystem collaborations. He was pioneer in blockchain gaming on ETH, EOS, WAX, Flow blockchains, even build the very first NFT bridge.

Vitalii also led blockchain initiatives at SoftServe, one of the most well-known Ukrainian IT companies, where he worked with global leaders such as Fortress, PrimeTrust, Blockchains.com, BNY Mellon, DBS, Sanofi, Google, Amazon. Azure, and ADGM.

Viktor Ihnatiuk

Co-Founder & Managing Partner

Viktor is a blockchain engineer with 10+ years of experience in core infrastructure, protocol tooling, and distributed systems. A serial entrepreneur, he has founded and scaled multiple fintech and crypto companies focused on payments, settlement, and privacy-preserving technologies.

He is Co-founder and Managing Partner of Boosty Labs, leading a global engineering firm serving top crypto and financial platforms, and co-founder of Utexo, a Bitcoin-based settlement network for private USDT payments via Lightning and RGB.
