BOOST funds 60 researchers for year-long placements in industry to build market-ready skills they bring back to their home institutions.

With a centre of gravity in Widening countries and a commitment that at least 30% of mobility places go to women or underrepresented groups, BOOST strengthens balanced brain circulation and regional R&I capacity.

BOOST is powered by a pan-European team of 16 partners from 9 countries. The consortum is cross-sector, including universities and research organisations, innovation networks and clusters , and industry-facing SMEs. This blend ensures both scientific depth and market reach, with each partner contributing to mobility hosting, skills development, community building and dissemination.Â
