Well it isn't as expensive as Saas tools. We used Bomgar a couple years back but just had a B100 and I dont' think it is offered any longer. Now I use remoet desktop and ScreenConnect. A fraction of what B200 would cost.
This is also good.
The software works well, Ammyy Admin doesn't require installation or specific config, works behind gateways NAT as well as within one LAN.
