When we approve your application, we will give you a referral link that you can begin sending and embedding upon receipt. Our tracking software uses this link to track conversions. Clicks are tracked using cookies with a 90-day lifespan, ensuring you receive credit within this period.
The BoldSign Partner Program is available globally, welcoming partners from all countries and regions, with some exceptions. One example is that we cannot offer the BoldSign Partner program to countries that are not currently doing business with the United States.
For each eligible referral, you earn a 20% monthly referral fee, for the duration of the customer’s active subscription.

No, to receive your commission, the name on the PayPal account and the name on your Partner account must match.
If the names don’t match, this could be a sign of fraudulent activity, and we will not process the payment for security reasons.
You CANNOT run ads for branded keywords such as BoldSign, Bold Sign, boldsign, or any variations thereof, including misspellings.
You can run ads for anything that’s not branded, but the user should be directed to BoldSign Website first. We track all our paid traffic, and any BoldSign Partner that violates our terms and conditions will be removed from our program.
No, you will receive payment 60 days following the first payment from the referred client.
No, commissions are not paid on refunded or returned orders, per the BoldSign Partner Agreement.
If the customer upgrades or downgrades their subscription to a higher (more expensive) or lower (less expensive) plan, your commission will be based on the new monthly subscription amount.
We cannot process payments if the BoldSign Partner and the Customer (the person who used the referral link and purchased a product) are the same person.
BoldSign Partners are incentivized to bring new people into the BoldSign ecosystem, not simply to make a sale.
