Provide Public Comment In-Person or Remotely

In-Person Public Comments

Complete a Speak Request Form located in the lobby outside the Board Room. Completed forms must be deposited in the box next to the podium. To ensure the smooth conduct of the meeting, Speaker Request Forms must be turned in prior to the beginning of the Consent Calendar, the reading of the individual agenda items and/or the beginning of Public Comments.

Listen to the Meeting via Phone

During the Board meeting, members of the public may listen live by calling (866) 590-5055 and entering Access Code 4138489. This is a listen only line. If you experience difficulties or need assistance, please call (855) 886-5400.

Submit Comment by Email

Members of the public may submit public comments or comments on upcoming Board meeting agenda items by emailing the Clerk’s Office at comments@cob.oc.gov. Comments received before the start of the meeting will be provided to Board members for their consideration and will be included in the meeting’s administrative record

Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)

If you require disability related accommodation, the Clerk of the Board can assist you. Please call (714) 834-2206 at least 72 hours before the meeting to request accommodation. Requests made fewer than 72 hours before the meeting will be addressed to the greatest extent possible. Assistive Listening Devices are available in the Board Room upon request and must be returned at the end of the meeting.
