Feeling good

Feeling good the last few days--around a 4-4.5 :) Less headache and intrusive thoughts. Must be because I'm away from home and with Lyle! I've been taking Ambien and Seroquel together again and they conk me out pretty quickly, according to Lyle. My appetite is strong (too strong?). I'm craving foods, which is a little unusual, and also hungry more often and sooner after just eating a meal :P I feel like walking a lot :) Got a bit of a drawing itch in the back of my mind, I think.

Lyle's great! He let Fishbone be out and about practically the whole time she's been up here in Richmond :) Right now, she has the run of his loft!! We're so lucky!!!
