By using BlessAI API services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

BlessAI provides the following API services:

• Blessing Generation Service - Processes personalized blessing card generation requests using third-party AI providers
• Shop Information Service - Manages shop profiles, service plans, and usage tracking

3. API Service Usage

3.1 Blessing Generation Service

This service:

• Processes blessing generation requests from the BlessAI WordPress plugin
• Coordinates with your chosen AI provider (OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google) to generate personalized blessing messages
• Requires you to provide valid API credentials for your chosen AI provider
• Logs requests for service improvement and support purposes

3.2 Shop Information Service

This service:

• Manages your shop's service plan and usage statistics
• Tracks API usage for billing and limit enforcement
• Stores basic shop information (domain, contact details, service plan)
• Provides usage reporting and plan management

4. Data Processing and Third-Party Services

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and lawful information
• Obtaining proper consent from your customers for data processing
• Complying with applicable data protection laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
• Ensuring your use of the service doesn't violate any laws or regulations
• Maintaining valid API credentials for your chosen AI provider
• Informing your customers about the use of AI services in blessing generation

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive
• Violate the terms of service of third-party AI providers
• Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise our services
• Exceed reasonable usage limits or engage in abuse
• Transmit malware, spam, or other harmful content

7. Service Availability

While we strive to provide reliable service, we cannot guarantee 100% uptime. Our services depend on:

• Third-party AI provider availability
• Internet connectivity
• Your valid API credentials

8. Limitations of Liability

BlessAI provides services "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for:

• Content generated by third-party AI services
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Data loss or corruption
• Indirect or consequential damages

9. Data Retention

We retain:

• API request logs for up to 90 days for service improvement and support
• Shop information for the duration of your service usage
• Usage statistics for billing and analytics purposes

10. Service Plans and Billing

BlessAI offers different service plans with varying usage limits. Current plans include:

• FREE - Limited usage for testing and evaluation
• PAID - Extended usage limits for commercial use

Service plans may be subject to change with notice.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services if:

• You violate these terms of use
• Your account shows signs of abuse or fraudulent activity
• We are required to do so by law

12. Changes to Terms
