So now I have a large piece of spinal disc removed, some scar tissue muscle stuff and some nerves chucking a few hissy fits, but I can sit and do and move about somewhat. Apparently I can not do massive amounts of housework at once, but thn again I have barely been out of hospital a month so I guess trying to make the house sparkly and good in a day or two is kind of silly, oh well. Seeing a bit of actual summer which is great, I can almost enjoy getting sweaty and sunburnt after long months of shivering my titties off.

Also been enjoying the goodness of Mona Foma, I mean who can go past a mostly free two weeks of festivities.

We shall not dwell on that which was my christmas/new year break, but to say I atleast had the opportunity to start using my wee wobbly legs again.

I would just like to take a moment to thank wine, "thank you wine" you have been a good warm friend, and a big cheerio to your friend cider, cheers bigears!

I had my first driving lesson today, 3 hours and 20 minutes, Started in Brighton, through broadmarsh, Elderslie, Pelham, into Hollow Tree (it got scary up this way), back to Bothwell, out to the highway and back down to Brighton, I swear I was driving for almost 2 1/2 hours before I could find a public loo cause I wasn't going to pee on the side of the road >.< I drove backroads, I drove gravel roads, I drove roads that didn't even quite resemble roads anymore, and scary SNOW!
Ok I am kind of chuffed with myself, I even got brave and did up to 70km/h on the highway.
I got overtaken a lot today

Well its friday, I am sitting in my PJ's waiting to go do housework/coven readyingness stuff and finishing my setlist. Today I discovered a bunch of remixes of Emilie Autumn songs prompted by something snipribbon found, there is one by Angelspit and I found one by Brendon Small, the creator of Metalocalypse, lmao, that one is great, but not sure if I should play it or not. Should be some goodness in the set though, Patsi approved of all of it.
Sat up until 3am last night to get mahhrat to lvl 58 in WoW so he could see the outlands for his birthday HAPPY BIRTHDAY dude. Made an awesome Kangaroo Spagetti Bolognaise for dinner last night, and it was quite tasty, but I waited until Mark had commented it was good before I told him what it was, just in case ^_^;;
Gotta go do some dishes soon cause there is a lass crashing here tonight, and first impression I don't want her to know I am a bad housekeeper and have a messy kitchen >.>
Off to make descisions now, why why is it soooo hard *cry*

Well, the doctor says it looks like I have Fibromyalgia, hard to explain so Wikipedia definition
I got anti-inflammatries, not that I am sure they will do that much, and they are making me feel pretty ick, but they said they would. Not sure my doctor knows much about it, so may try and find one who does.
And feeling like shit whilst in pain, I must go off and work for the dole tomorrow, pffft

For some reason LJ keep setting my posts to friends only, yet I post them as public, bah, I don't understand, today has stressed me out immensley, I shall be going behind the couch to have a minor breakdown, don't mind the noises, its just me. So to cheer myself up I set up a new mood theme thingo, took forever, but I eventually got somewhere and understood it, a shame nothing else I have done today has gone anywhere nearly as frustratingly well

Ahh interesting last few days so far, as usual, money SUCKS!
Sunday we did go for a Mothers Day lunch with Mum, Arch and their car club, went to the Black Buffalo.... Oh dear lord I learnt a lesson, when it says Monster Schnitzel on the menu, they don't mean larger than average, they mean MONSTER in the truest sense, it was like 4 schnitzels all melded together with a delicious mushroom sauce, oh god it was good, but there was not a hope in finishing it.

Sunday night watched Eurovision, and it seems I won it, I don't remember being Serbian or entering, but yay, go me. Alas I don't think it was the best song of the night, but it atleast wasn't bad either. Think it was just a little low tempo for a Eurovision winner.

Been reading a book called Running with the Demon by Terry Brooks, wow, damn its good, so addictive

Went to the doctors on friday and they parted me with 7 vials of my own hard made blood, it took me a lot of effort to make those little globules and they just up and took them :( Anyhow should have a better idea what the hell is wrong with me by the end of the week, and be on the path to knowing why I am in so much pain constantly.

Yesterday I not only washed, chamoied and made pretty 2 cars, I stripped the pain of a FC Holdens roof, aswell as some of my skin, and ruined everything I was wearing, but I shoveled horse turd off a trailer and somehow ended knee deep in the stuff O_O ewwww. Lots of little bugs then decided to bite me cause I had been dgging through their moist warm poopie home, and were not pleased I had disturbed them. All I can say is thank goodness I had a change of clothes and didn't have to catch the bus smelling of poo.

Trivia #1
What's the name of this potion?
This potion has the colour of molten gold, and while exposed to the air, large drops will leap like goldfish above the surface without spilling.

Felix Felicis Potion would be that one

Trivia #2
Which book is this line from?
"Harry and Cho were now too embarrassed to look at each other, let alone talk to each other; what if Ron and Hermione started going out together, then split up? Could their friendship survive it? Harry remembered the few weeks when they had not been talking to each other in third year; he had not enjoyed trying to bridge the distance between them. And then, what if they didn't split up? What if they became like Bill and Fleur, and it became excrutiatingly embarrassing to be in their presence, so that he was shut out for good?"

Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince

Who utters these words?
"Oh I am glad I'm not on duty. I wouldn't fancy having to go and tell the Irish they've got to stop celebrating."

Twould be Arthur Weasley at the Quidditch World Cup

Coven was good, but had the floor not been wet and icky I would have been ripping my boots off, Oh how nice that would have been, but I also knew that once they came off, they would not want to go back on. Could have done without the staircase from hell, or the rain, but oh well. Could have done with reaching the drunkie drunk threshold, but twas not gonna happen for long.

I don't understand people, I've been one for about 26 1/2 years, but I still jsut don't get it.

On the other hand, although I have had to drop from the swapping itself, I am still there to do my huffliepufflie duty

"You will have your reward, Wormtail. I will allow you to perform an essential task for me, one that many of my followers would give their right hands to perform..." Who is speaking? 5 House Points Awarded

That would be Lord Voldemort speaking to Peter Pettigrew that would be there.

Oh lordy lord, I am so sore, Started working on Monday, then got old to come back on Tuesday, I can't remember it being so hard to get out of bed for some time. My hands are all black and there is car paint that seems to have melded under my nails, not to mention I sliced my fingers before I really started when I picked up a car door to put on some stand things and it had sharp metal bits from the mould and they got filled up with crap both days OW Might I add, paint thinner hurts when it gets in open wounds!
Day 1 - Was slow and sanded back the primer on a new back hatch and only got both sides done (so slow - poop) but it got done and got painted on one side on Monday night, yay I didn't screw it up I don't think
Day 2 - worked on the '53 Voxhaul and pulled off the door rubbers, scraped back the glue left, used a LOT of thinner to get paint/goop off (think I was getting high towards the end hahaha) and sanded everything and thinnered and sanded and thinnered and sanded some more, got 1 1/2 doors done.

So sore, and I don't think my hands will ever forgive me for this. Oh well. Off to play some WoW and do stuff

Monday

Monday morning, my heade is pounding like it has been the last 2 days when I woke up, but today I won't take painkillers, it better go away soon though.

Yesterday I woke up and some icky wee beastie had bitten me on the eyelid, thus resulting in a rather unplesant swelling of the eye, which was a freaky way to wake up "honey I can't open my eye, what's wrong" Most of the swelling has gone down, and I don't look freaky anymore (well no more than normal).

Saturday the lovely snipribbon came knocking on my door with her company and a packet of tim-tams, oh but who could resist. Was a lovely afternoon indeed as she seemed far more interested in my garden and crafts than Patsi does... he tries, the enthusiasm is just not there much unless I am gluing and painting minatures or terrain.

The Hogwarts Sock Kit Swap

Yes, I don't have a clue how to knit socks, but that seems to not matter, I can knit, socks are just new curve up from scarves and toy dinosaurs, and I feel a renewed bout of harry fever coming on >:)

Washing and other domestic things to do today, just going to cross my fingers this headache subsides

WellI have been reading everyones posts, just been lazy about my own :)
Canada is coolness, except for the wierd differences like not a single power point here has a switch on it, nope, you just rip everything out of the socket... O_o
Been doing losts of stuff, Had dinner in a fancy revolving restraunt, went up the CN tower which is apparently the worlds tallest building apparently at 553m, and they have a glass floor on one level, that was kinda scary standing almost 350m above the ground and looking straight down.
Saw Crank at the movies last night, was wierd, but cool, lots of gore and gratuitous action, found out Scarborough is not the place to leave your payments on the dinner table after a meal, or your car window down, not that anything happened, just a few rules, like if you pass through Gagebrook, don't get out of the car. Weather here this week is a bit poo, but hey thats Autumn for you, be good to go stright from end of summer into spring, hehe. I was told not to bring soft fuzzy things back on the plane by my mother or they'd get destroyed, but I can't find anything online about it, and I don't want to leave my Moosies :'( *cry cry*
Oh and I am staying until October 1st now, so no coven for me *cry cry some more*, but I hope we can all do something festive involving updates and alcohol and merriment k :D

Some manky homeless dude on the subway creeped me out, then I transfered to go south and a dude wearing a t-shirt with a Mr Men on it creeped me out cause he was like late 30's and it said Mr Bubble O_o
I finally got sunburnt and I think I am getting a tan, this lovely UV mild sun is lulling me into a false sense of security I think.

Well productive weekend, Saturday had some time to kill, 3 hours to be exact while Travis' car was having a window fixed, so I got to go to a propper mall, booyah, that fucker was huge, but I can now say I have been to a Wal-Mart which was good as they sold Firefly boxset for $25!!!! I saw a hamster and they had budgies in a petshop and I walked a lot, then sat and laughed at funny suburban people hehehe. Got car, came back here for a quick pit stop, and then off to Niagra Falls, wootage, that was cool, I got a bit wet, and the Canadian Side of the falls is way bigger and meaner than the US side, haha in your face america. I thought I was going to go insane from tourists >.< Lots of wetness from watching the falls, I got me a moose, then went and had something to eat in a place called Ferkins, a european styled pub, but they had a big Fosters flag >.< ewwwww
I was absolutely buggered, and slept in til like 2pm on Sunday, didn't do much else.
I was awoken by phone I am using here going off and it being another wrong number (had like 10 in the last week) and foolishly I answered it, and got chatted up, some dude telling me he knew how to operate a kangaroo and did I want to go for a drink some time, so I hung up in the fuckers ear >.>

1.
Ride the Rocket

Well last 2 days I seen a squirrel in the backyard when I was out having a smoke, he's pretty cool, I like him, watched him clean for a bit and then he ran off over rooftops.
Yesterday I spent the afternoon in bed after colliding with a particulary nasty pice of pointy metal that I collided with, it made a nice big eggy wegg on my head and I felt a bit funny, so I took some pain killers and slept it off, now I think I just have a bruise, the egg-man has gone away. Despite being a boring turnip all afternoon, in the evening I went on the subway... ohhh wheee, well not as such, it was just underground trains, and street cars are like trams... but their tokens are wierd ass.
Anyway after I "Rode the Rocket" I went to the big HMV store downtown and found me a goth/industrial section for CD's... just purely dedicated to it, I even found IKON in there, Combichrist, VNV, Covenant... fuck just about everything I could have wanted
I came away with Kidney Thieves - Zerospace, Gothika 2CD of remixed covered songs, M.S.I-Frankenstein Girls Will Seem Strangely Sexy (faggot!!!) and MDDMK's nameless album, and there was sooo much more I wanted, but I couldn't decide, then the cashier asked me "Did you find everything You were looking for?" hahaha I laughed, but for the delightful snipribbon I founded the Hedwig and the Angry Inch soundtrack, so the movie is probably there somewhere too! Caught the street car to China Town and had dinner at some Vietnamese place, which was tasty, but I had to do the stupid white girl thing and eat with a fork, my vermeceli kept running away, I could only eat my pork and spring roll bits with the chopsticks *hides under the table*
Umm thats about it. It rained for the first time since I have been here, and as of tonight it will have been a whole week. If the weather is good will probably be going to Niagra Falls on the weekend, ohhh lets hope I don't injure myself or fall over or anything dumbass like that ^_^;;

You can buy KMFDM on the shelf in the rock section of chain store music departments for like $20. Imagine walking into K-Mart and picking up Siouxsie, KMFDM, NIN backcatalogue etc.... its way cool, I am going to go to HMV at some point and drool over CD's mmmmmmmmmm

Nothing much to report since yesterday, getting into the swing of this timezone difference stuff, today is going to be oficially LAZY DAY!!! I am going to the shop for smokes, a lighter and some milk, looking in a bookshop... and that is about it.

Pizza joint down the road serves vegetable sticks with .... liquified blue cheese, damn that stuff is good, and I am not even a fan of blue cheese, but to put it into a good gooey liquid form is perfect.

My skin is not friends with the weather change and humidity, I have spots everwhere... ok not everywhere, but they are rampant... bleh.

I would love to hear an aussie accent.
