there is a bug when you go to the study part and don't have any books and go back the game crashes, idk if this is something on my end or if the game is doing it

Is anyone else struggling with getting the marie BJ scene? Cause I can't seem to get enough coins to buy it. Can someone help please... And is it supposed to re-set the coins if you start a new game? If it is, how do you collect enough coins? or do you have to get lucky with RNG?
