The premises are available to hire throughout the year, however during the rugby season, any function that coincides with a home game, cannot begin before 19:30, unless agreed by the commitee.
The Commitee does not accept any responsibility for injuries to any guest attending the event.
The cost of any malicious damage will be charged to the person(s) responsible for the booking.
Invited adults must have a responsible awareness toward under age drinking.
Under no circumstances must anyone take bottles or glass outside the club premises.
During the evenings event, if there is an element of behaviour which causes Club Officials/Staff to become concerned, the event may be requested to end.
A payment of £50 is required for room hire which is non refundable,
A payment of £100 is required for room hire for weddings, which is non refundable.
Bookings applications will be reviewed by the commitee and the submitter will be informed via telephone or email as soon as practicably possible.
Payments should be made as soon as the booking is authorised by the commitee, in order to confirm the booking.
