Staff Spotlight

A more recent addition to our Charles Clinkard family, Chloe joined the marketing team in July 2024 as our Marketing Assistant. Over time, her role evolved into a more creative position before being promoted to Digital Marketing Executive in 2025 - less than a year since she first joined the team! Although one of our newer staff members here at head office, Chloe has truly made her mark with her positive attitude and creative flair.

"I support the marketing team in communicating key messaging through our creative channels, showcasing who we are as a brand. My main responsibility is probably running the Charles Clinkard social accounts; everything from content creation to scheduling posts and tracking our analytics. I also do a lot of studio photography for email, social and POS, which is probably my favourite part of the job, alongside styling the models for our seasonal campaigns which is always so much fun and the work I’m most proud of.

Everyday is completely different, which I love. I could be doing anything from influencer outreach and writing blogs to organising POS - I’ve even been known to create a mean Christmas quiz."

"I’ve been working in creative marketing in the fashion retail sector for five years now, and can honestly say I’ve loved every second. My main piece of advice would be to say yes to everything and to learn as much as you can. Not only will this help develop your experience, but it will also build your confidence. Even if something feels scary, the worst that can happen is it doesn’t go exactly as planned and you learn from it - which, trust me, will push you forward just as much as the wins will."
