We cover the hard costs and personnel expenses needed to set up and execute your trial with NexGen, including purchasing any necessary hardware for our Operator. The process is designed to be virtually seamless for our trial customers. We can even coordinate directly with your software suppliers to ensure smooth integration. This means minimal time and effort on your part.
Our Training Manager gathers all the required information, after which one of our experienced Operators enters our Taxi Operator Academy for 2–5 days. During this time, they are trained on your systems, your routines, and your geography to ensure a smooth and effective Free Trial period for your business.
