Your race number (which contains your timing chip) should arrive from approx. 4 weeks before the run. If you managed to get your hands on a last-minute (on or after 20 May) or overseas entry you’ll need to collect your race number from the information point on the morning of the event.

If you wish to move to a slower wave then that is fine, simply assemble with the later wave. You do not need to visit the information point. It is not possible to move to a faster wave. Waves are allocated based on your estimated time and cannot be changed.

As a charity our mission is simple: to support the excellence in treatment, research and care we provide to our patients each and every day. We want to make a real difference to the people we treat – young and old – by making sure that they continue to receive the very best treatment in the very best facilities. We do this by focussing our fundraising efforts on three key areas – treatment, research and care.

There’s so much we do – and we couldn’t do it without you, so thank you.

We are Alcohol Change UK. We work for a society that is free from the harm caused by alcohol. We are not anti-alcohol; we are for alcohol change. We are for a future in which people drink as a conscious choice, not a default; where the issues which lead to alcohol problems – like poverty, mental health issues, homelessness – are addressed; where those of us who drink too much, and our loved ones, have access to high-quality support whenever we need it, without shame or stigma.
