BBG Website Innovates with Audio-Read Feature

Getting your Trinity Audio player ready...

Black By God (BBG) is proud to unveil a groundbreaking enhancement to its digital platform: the BBG audio-read feature. This latest innovation reaffirms our commitment to delivering dynamic and insightful content while embracing the agility required in the rapidly changing tech landscape. Recognizing the shift in how our community consumes information, with multitasking increasingly becoming a standard practice, the audio-read feature is designed to accommodate the bustling lifestyles of our readers.

This feature converts text into highly realistic audio, making it possible to engage with our content more flexibly and conveniently. Readers can absorb information on their daily commute, during a workout, or simply at home.

The power of audio-read lies in its use of advanced AI technology to transform written text into engaging audio narratives, ensuring that our content is not just accessible but also a pleasure to consume, wherever you are and whatever you’re doing. This initiative aligns seamlessly with BBG Tech, our pioneering effort to empower BIPOC communities in Appalachia with the tools and knowledge needed to navigate the evolving tech and AI landscape. BBG Tech and audio-read together signify a potent combination of tradition and innovation aimed at bridging the digital divide and making technology an integral, enriching part of daily life for our communities.

BBG Tech: Call For College Writers And Content Creators

In tandem with these technological advancements, BBG Tech is also launching a call for writers. This invitation is explicitly extended to college students who are passionate about covering tech issues pertinent to the BIPOC communities in Appalachia. To produce four original articles a month, we are open to both pitches and can provide assignments, ensuring a varied and vibrant collection of content. These paid opportunities underscore our dedication to nurturing emerging talent and providing a platform for new voices in the tech journalism arena.

As part of our soft launch, we are seeking contributors and encouraging the broader community to subscribe to our tech-focused newsletter. Distinct from BBG’s other publications, the BBG Tech newsletter carries the mission of “Empowerment Through Information: BBG Tech Nurturing Future-Ready BIPOC Communities.” It promises to be a vital resource in our ongoing effort to equip tech-savvy, future-ready BIPOC communities with a blend of information, education, and community engagement, celebrating achievements and fostering a sense of belonging within the tech sector.
