The promoter is: Hisense UK Limited (company number 08233694) of Ground Floor, Munroe Court, White Rose Office Park, Millshaw Park Lane, Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS11 0EA (the " Promoter "). 2. The prize draw 2.1. The title of the prize draw is: " Hisense UK - Better Together Pairings 2024 2.2. During the Prize Draw Period (detailed below) the Promoter will be publishing a promotional post via its Instagram , Facebook and X (formerly Twitter ) accounts (the " Promotional Post "). 2.3. In order to enter the prize draw, entrants will need to follow the steps outlined at section 3.3 below and will then be entered into a prize draw gaining the chance to win the Prize. 3. How to enter 3.1. The prize draw will run from 14 th February 2024 (the " Opening Date ") to 28 th Feb 2024 (the " Closing Date ") inclusive (the " Prize Draw Period "). 3.2. You must have access to the Internet and an Instagram, Facebook and/ or X (formely Twitter) account. 3.3. To enter the prize draw you must, during the Prize Draw Period: 3.3.1. You will then be entered into a prize draw gaining the chance to win 1 x Hisense 65 - inch Mini - LED TV and 1 x AX3120G soundbar 3.3.5. By entering the prize draw, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions. 4. Eligibility 4.1. The prize draw is only open to residents in the UK aged 18 years or over, except: (i) employees of the Promoter or either of their respective holding or subsidiary companies; (ii) employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter or their respective holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the prize draw or its administration; or (iii) members of the immediate families or households of (i) and (ii) above. 4.2. In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the prize draw, such as proof of identity and age. 4.3. The Promoter will not accept prize draw entries that are: (i) automatically generated by computer; (ii) completed by third parties or in bulk; or (iii) incomplete. 4.4. Entries must not feature content which (i) the Promoter (in its absolute discretion) considers to be offensive or otherwise objectionable (ii) is unlawful or infringes third party copyright or intellectual property rights or (iii) promotes excessive drinki ng, anti - social behaviour or potentially dangerous behaviour. 4.5. (Except as provided for in 3.3.1.4, 3.3.2.4 and 3.3.3 4 above) t here is a limit of one entry per person. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed. 4.6. The Promoter reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize draw. 4.7. The Promoter will not accept responsibility for prize draw entries that are lost or delayed in transit or incorrectly posted or for failures to post entries, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfu nction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. 4.8. The Promoter will not accept entries which fail to meet the requirements under section 3.3 above. wh42402731v1 5. The Prize 5.1. One Winner will be selected from social media channels . The Prize includes delivery within the mainland UK, but any other costs incurred in addition to delivery within the UK that are incidental to the fulfilment of the Prize are the responsibility of the winner. 5.2. The Pr ize is : 1 x Hisense 65 - inch Mini - LED TV and 1 x AX3120G soundbar 5.3. The Prize is subject to availability. 5.4. There is no cash alternative for the Prize. 5.5. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize or any part of the Prize with an item or items of equal or greater value. 5.6. The Prize is not negotiable or transferable. 6. S electing and Announcing Winner 6.1. Entrants who follow the steps listed at section 3 above, will be entered into a prize draw for the Prize. The winners will then be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process. The draw will be carried out on 28 th Feb 2023 the winner will be announced as soon as possible thereafter (the " Announcement Date "). 6.2. The winner will be contacted as soon as practicable after the prize draw is carried out using Instagram , Facebook or X (Twitter) messaging (as appropriate). The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner. If a winner cannot be contacted, or is not available, or has not claimed their Prize and provided all information reasonably required by the Promoter within 48 hours of first being contacted by the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner, in accordance with the process outlined above 6.3. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter may publish the forename and county of the Prize winner on its promotional Instagram and Facebook pages , and/or will send the forename and county of the Prize winner to anyone who contacts the address set out in 1 1 .4 within one (1) month after the Closing Date of the prize draw. 6.4. If you object to any or all of your forename and county being published or made available, please contact the Promoter. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on reque st. 7. Delivery of the Prize 7.1. Please allow at least thirty (30) days following the Closing Date for delivery of the Prizes. 7.2. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the Prize or to accept delivery of it. wh42402731v1 7.3. The P romoter will not accept responsibility for anything that happens to the prizes after they has been delivered and it is the responsibility of the winner to ensure there is a safe space for delivery. 8. Limitation of liability 8.1. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected. 9. D ata Protection and Publicity 9.1. If you are selected as a winner, you will be asked to provide the Promoter with personal data including your full name, contact details, and a UK delivery address for the Prize. Proof of ID may also be requested. 9.2. The Promoter will use and process your personal information for the purposes of operating and administering the prize draw as detailed in these terms and conditions, including (if you are selected as a winner) for the purposes of announcing the winner and arranging delivery of the Prize. The Promoter may use your email address for marketing purposes, but only if you have consent to this when you submitted your entry. 9.3. The Promoter may share the personal data with its agents, suppliers and any other third parties involved in running the prize draw the Promoter's marketing agency (Ponderosa) as well as the Promoter's delivery company. However, the Promoter will take steps to ensure that such third parties only use the personal data for the purposes described in this section. 9.4. Disclaimers 10.1. This promotion and prize draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook or X (Twitter) . You are providing your information to the Promoter and not to Instagram or Facebook or X (Twitter) 10.2. You agree that Instagram and Facebook and X (Twitter) shall have no liability in respect of this promotion or prize draw. 10.3. Any comment or post you share on Instagram or Facebook or X (Twitter) must comply with all applicable terms and conditions stipulated by Instagram or Facebook or X (Twitter) concerning content which is posted or shared on their platforms. 11. General 11.1. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the prize draw. wh42402731v1 11.2. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize draw, or to amend these terms and conditions, where (in the reasonable discretion of the Promoter) it considers it necessary to do so. 11.3. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the non - exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. 11.4.
