The fire had re-ignited in the residential neighborhood of the Porter Ranch area of Sylmar and Granada Hills, East of Los Angeles. A burnt Tesla can be seen in the garage. Santa Ana winds caused a brush fire in the northern foothills of the San Fernando Valley on Oct. 11, burning 7,500 acres, at least 31 structures, including many homes, and forcing thousands to flee.
