The application deadline for our awards program "Student Voice 4 RPPs" is coming up on Monday, August 30!
This awards program recognizes, honors, and further supports existing RPP efforts that have a strong interest in and/or currently support youth involvement in RPP work. NNERPP member RPPs will be selected for awards of up to $7,500 for further developing, expanding, or strengthening student involvement strategies. Awards may be used to support a variety of innovative activities including (but not limited to) focus groups, podcasts, videos, multimedia presentations, and other forms of engagement.

PRESENTERS: Heather Leary, Jaynie Mitchell, Bryant Jensen, Gary Seastrand, and Tina Taylor, Brigham Young University – Public School Partnership
TOPIC: Heather Leary, Jaynie Mitchell, Bryant Jensen, Gary Seastrand, and Tina Taylor will share how the Brigham Young University – Public School Partnership is fostering RPPs through the university functioning as a broker to support the creation and sustainability of partnerships. The team will present design activities that help explore how universities can take on this role and strengthen the RPP field.
ABOUT THE RPP: The Brigham Young University - Public School Partnership is formed by Brigham Young University’s David O. McKay School of Education and arts and sciences colleges and five public school districts (Alpine, Jordan, Nebo, Provo City, and Wasatch County) and is working to improve school personnel preparation and professional development.
