Our French team recently had the privilege of going behind the scenes at the SEGRO Centre Paris Les Gobelins during another inspiring Learning Expedition. These Learning Expeditions perfectly embody our ambition at CoStar Group: connecting data, real-world insights, and market expertise to better understand the profound transformations shaping the real estate industry. The Gobelins project is a particularly powerful example of this vision in action. Located in the heart of Paris’ 13th arrondissement, this future 75,000 sqm urban logistics hub is transforming the former Gare des Gobelins into a state-of-the-art facility designed to meet the growing demands of sustainable urban logistics and last-mile delivery. #LifeAtCoStarGroup: A look back at the journeys of two of our talents 🧑💻A graduate of the prestigious Centrale Lyon engineering school, Guillaume Groult began his career developing web applications at BureauxLocaux. Having been with the company through its acquisition by CoStar Group, he has contributed to several key projects, notably on the BureauxLocaux platform and, today, on LoopNet. A passionate board game enthusiast, he never misses a new release and hosts a much-appreciated monthly after-work event that has become a real gathering point for colleagues at the Group’s offices on Rue Taitbout in Paris. 📖 Olivier Denagiscarde, who holds a PhD in Economics at Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, joined CoStar Group a few months ago with a mission to make economic trends in the commercial real estate market easier to understand, explain and anticipate. His doctoral research focused on the impact of remote working on real estate markets, particularly office assets and their conversion into residential housing. What drives him is a desire to ensure that data is interpreted and communicated as accurately as possible. 💫 Each #LifeAtCoStarGroup session is a valuable opportunity to share the journeys and experiences of our talented colleagues, helping to strengthen our company culture.
