Loudoun County, VA (June 2, 2026): The Loudoun County Sheriff's Office (LCSO) has arrested Jann Karlos Ramirez Ayala, 37, of Ashburn, in connection with multiple crimes against children and animals in Loudoun County.
LCSO initiated an investigation in April 2026 after being informed of allegations against Ayala. He was arrested on June 1, 2026, and charged with the following:
- Production of child pornography
- Possession of child pornography
- Electronic solicitation of a child
- Sexual abuse of an animal
Ayala was transported to the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center where he is being held without bond.
