This Request for Proposal (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Regional Municipality of Niagara (“Niagara Region”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Consulting Assignment to Undertake a Comprehensive Environmental Assessment for the Niagara Escarpment Crossing in the Towns of Grimsby and Lincoln and the Township of West Lincoln, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). Niagara Region Public Works Department is seeking proposals from qualified consulting firms to lead a multi-disciplinary team capable of undertaking a Comprehensive Environmental Assessment (CEA) Study of a north-south transportation corridor crossing of the Niagara Escarpment connecting the Queen Elizabeth Way (QEW) and Regional Road 20. |
