UC Berkeley Extension’s mission is to extend the reach of UC Berkeley’s excellence by providing access and educational opportunities to a broad and diverse community of learners. She is the author of the upcoming book releasing in spring 2022 – “Trustworthy AI” – which helps businesses navigate trust and ethics in AI. His mission is to upskill Amazon’s leaders in emotional intelligence and interpersonal dynamics, enabling them to lead with greater Empathy, Purpose, Inspiration, and Connection (EPIC). Rich has spent decades training and mentoring people in leadership and interpersonal skills—from CEOs to aspiring managers to early career professionals. He launched the Emotional Intelligence and Success initiative at Amazon, and his team has trained over 150,000 Amazonians in emotional and social intelligence. His training is now an integral part of onboarding, leadership development, and transformation programs across Amazon globally.<a href="https://www.linkedin.com/in/hughie/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Hugh Molotsi </a>Founder, Ujama Inc. Hugh Molotsi is the founder and CEO of Ujama Inc, the makers of Soko, the farmers’ market app that makes it easy to discover farmers’ markets near you and connect with their sellers. Hugh is a seasoned product and technology leader with over 30 years of experience developing global solutions for small businesses and consumers. Hugh is an accomplished innovator and has helped launch several disruptive products. He has expertise in leadership development and digital transformation and has led diversity and inclusion initiatives. Hugh had a 22-year career at Intuit where his last position was Engineering Fellow and Vice President of Innovation. In 2011, Hugh became the first recipient of Intuit’s Founders Innovation Award for his contributions helping launch Intuit’s payments business. Hugh serves on the boards of Barloworld (BAW:SJ) and the Mozilla Corporation. Hugh is the co-author of The Intrapreneur’s Journey, a book on how to develop a culture of innovation at large companies. He is passionate about fostering grassroots innovation and giving voice to good ideas wherever those ideas may come from. <a href="https://www.linkedin.com/in/michaelspiegelman/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Michael Spiegelman</a>Vice President, Studio Product Innovation - Netflix Michael Spiegelman is currently the Vice President of Studio Product Innovation, leading the team that uses technology and data to optimize the production of content, from the time when an idea is pitched to distributing a finished title on the Netflix service. Our products power the valuation, production, globalization, promotion and marketing of Netflix's content. Previously, Michael was Vice President of Global Product Innovation for Growth &amp; Acquisition at Netflix, responsible for acquiring new subscribers in 190 countries around the world through business model innovation, new product features and programmatic marketing channels. He originally joined Netflix in 2010 as Director of Product Innovation and led product management for the streaming website and tablet experiences. Before joining Netflix, Michael was Senior Director of Entertainment &amp; Lifestyle Products at Yahoo!, responsible for the music, movies, television, celebrity, video and lifestyles websites around the world. Prior to that, he was General Manager of Yahoo! Music, running product development, label relations and editorial for the company's music business, including personalized radio, music videos and artist information. He started at Yahoo! in 2003 as a product manager in the music division, where he helped launch the Yahoo! Music Unlimited subscription service. Prior to Yahoo!, Michael was co-founder and principal at Web Paradox, an independent web design and development consultancy, where he was responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships with companies such as Verizon, AT&amp;T and the U.S. Marine Corps. Before that, he was a Senior Strategy Consultant at iXL, an early Internet consulting firm, where he helped large companies as well as startups formulate digital strategies. He also worked in the public sector consulting practice at Arthur Andersen Consulting, and began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in management consulting. Prior to Berkeley, she led mentorship and developed incubator and accelerator programs for Singularity University Ventures, whose mission is to increase the number of impact-focused tech startups. Finlayson ran the Toys category for five years at eBay and authored the book Fundraising on eBay. She managed a community of social entrepreneurs at the Skoll Foundation, led marketing at various startups, and consulted for the World Bank, Gates Foundation and Ford Foundation. Finlayson also judges and coaches founders of global startups for several startup competitions. She has mentored for TechWomen.org for the past nine years, also participating in delegation trips. Finlayson is a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley.
