Baucom Adds Hayes to Staff

"We are extremely excited to have Josh join our basketball staff," Baucom said. "He has a very diverse background having lived internationally, and he has also coached at several different levels. His personality, work ethic and commitment to personal growth make him a perfect fit for our staff and a great role model for our players. We are excited to have Josh, Tia and Berkeley join our basketball family."

"I am incredibly humbled and grateful to be granted an opportunity to serve and help develop special young men that are a part of this program here at The Citadel," Hayes said. "To be able to serve under Coach Baucom, and be a part of an institution that is committed to excellence and developing leaders, is nothing short of an opportunity of a lifetime. It's an honor, and I am excited to get to work."
