In “Investigating Causal Effects of Arts Education Experiences: Experimental Evidence from Houston's Arts Access Initiative,” Daniel H. Bowen and Brian Kisida investigate the benefits of arts-learning experiences for students, finding benefits in terms of social, emotional, and academic outcomes.
