PSAC Paces All of NCAA DII with 10 Institutions in Top 100 of Learfield IMG College Directors' Cup

CLEVELAND, OHIO --- Following the conclusion of the winter seasons, West Chester sits at No. 11 in the Learfield IMG College Directors’ Cup, NACDA announced Thursday morning.
West Chester has accumulated 368.50 points and is the highest-ranked institution from the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference. West Chester’s women’s swimming team finished third at the NCAA DII Swimming Championships after accumulating 249 points. The Golden Rams men’s basketball team appeared in the NCAA DII Men’s Basketball Championship while the women’s indoor track and field team tied for 32nd with five points.
Shippensburg sits in 16th with 314 points. The Raiders finished 38th in the NCAA DII Wrestling Championship team standings. Shippensburg’s men’s indoor track and field teams accounted for five points at the NCAA’s while the women’s team finished tied for 44th with three points.
East Stroudsburg sits in 42nd with 226.50 points after its men’s basketball team appeared in the NCAA Tournament. The wrestling team claimed 14th in the team standings.
IUP claims the No. 44 slot with 224.50 points after the women’s basketball team advanced to the Final Four and the men’s basketball team appeared in the Round of 32. Both women’s swimming and the men’s track and field team had solid performances at the NCAA’s.
Grand Valley State paces all institutions with 715 points while Colorado School of the Mines (523.50) and Queens (NC) (521) round out the top three.
The PSAC leads all DII conferences with 10 representatives in the top 100.

The Learfield IMG College Directors' Cup was developed as a joint effort between the National Association of Collegiate Directors of Athletics (NACDA) and
USA Today. Points are awarded based on each institution's finish in NCAA Championships.
