How do we apply to join BIRD?
To register for BIRD Incubator, visit their application page, fill out the form with your project details, and submit it for review.
At what stage can a startup apply?
We accept startups from the earliest stages – being the idea – all the way to startups that are already on the market and are looking to raise their first investment round. It all depends on the program that you are looking to join.
Are your programs free?
Yes, all of our programs are completely free. We’re here to support the growth of the startup ecosystem – not to profit off early-stage founders.
How long are the programs?
Our Preincubation program runs for 7 weeks, while the Incubation program lasts 6 months. The Acceleration program is more flexible, lasting anywhere from 3 to 6 months depending on your needs.
Do we have to be located in Zagreb?
The Preincubation and Incubation programs are held on-site at BIRD, as we believe being in the same space brings the most value. The Acceleration program is more flexible and can be done online or on-site, depending on what works best for your team.
