I’ve been using Masszymes, HCL Breakthrough and other BIOptimizers products for some time to counteract the acid reflux and stomache issues I get from prescribed medication. They are gentle but highly effective.

I have been taking these enzymes for around 4 years now, and I honestly can’t imagine life without them. They have really helped me with bloating and constipation, and I notice a big difference when I don’t take them. The only downside is that they are slightly pricey, so it can be difficult to repurchase them every time. However, despite that, I would definitely recommend them.

Doubtful quality magnesium caused Osmosis Pull – chronic dehydration. Not recommended at all.

I’m taking Magnesium Breakthrough to help improve my sleep. I tried a year or so ago and am trying again now. In all honesty I’m not sure if it is helping me significantly or not. They also give loose bowel movements which can be beneficial at times, but not at others!
