Wow. This season premiere episode completely delivered. It was completely fantastic. And I love Samuel T. Anders.

And if you watch Mary McDonnell's Q&A sessions on scifi.com, she says she'd be disappointed if Roslin turned out to be a cylon (this was a Q&A from season 3) for what I think are good, valid reasons, that I totally agree with.
