when it's almost midnight and i have to rise early tomorrow
I noticed that nothing interesting ever pops up here in my little LJ space. I'm sorry. Um, I'll try to be more - what's the term? - conversational? Less meta and more..uh...let's just start with this:

A friend, fellow slasher (though she's more of the HP Ron/Draco persuasion) pointed out an interesting Clex plot bunny the other day. What if Lex were to be driven paranoid, and found madness in his fear? And part of the stemming of this paranoia/fear would somehow be involved with Clark's abilities? Or him confiding in Lex his Secret? The whole psychological part could be fun to explore...though, if done incorrectly, it could be a muddled disaster. Correctly and brilliantly, it could be wonderful and give insight into some of the darker aspects of - say if Clark somehow unintentionally 'freaked' Lex out - Clark and his sometimes unruly powers, and also insight to parts of Lex that aren't so well reserved. The guy's gotta have some loose screws...or he could ;)
Eh, it's probably been done before anyway. (course, I could never do it...damn you, useless brain, damn you!)
Edit: to say that the AU plot bunnies Thorn mentioned on the list about Lex having a bad reaction to finding out Clark is an alien reminded me of my friend's bunny. Give cred where it's due and all that...heh.
