So.

I'm getting back into popslash. Of the Nsync variation. As in, JC/Justin, mostly. Although I'm desperately searching for that one fic that somebody recced a while ago with Boondock Saints/Nsync? Something with the title like 'Chocolate Starfish...' or whatever. Err...maybe I'm wrong about the title. But it was BDS/Nsync anyway, and I'm pretty sure the only one of its kind. It's the one where they meet up in a bar...?

Yeah. Going back and reading Wax Jism's stuff. *drools*

It's funny. Most of the Nsync slash I've read in my life has always been darker than other fandoms, not including the SV fandom, because hey, SV can get pretty twisted (in a good way). And yet, popslash is about boybands, and the word 'boyband' brings to mind cute, fluffy, pretty looking boys who are known to the public as pretty much innocents. It's just interesting how twisted some of the stories are, but in a very amazing way. Don't get me wrong - I love popslash and its writers. It was the first fandom I ever got into. The juxtaposition between reality and fanon there is nice, 's all I'm sayin'.

So yeah, anybody know what happened to Helenish? I lost all my Nsync bookmarks, so yeah.... if anybody has any recs, please do send them my way :)
