Hugh Grant and other stuff
Yay, my cable/internet is back! Which is a damn good thing, too, because I would've mangled the repairman if he didn't get it fixed in time for Smallville and Angel. But everything's fine now, so yay!
So there's this new unhealthy obsession with Hugh Grant taking over my disease-addled brain. Love Actually just came out, and it's looking very tempting sitting out there on the Wal-Mart dvd stands at a very cheap price. Rented About A Boy to feed this new obsession. Looking forward to watching it!
Also, watched Broadway Damage on dvd. How cute is that movie!!! Funny, smart, and oh so adorable. I wish they'd spent more time on the two leads Marc and Robert and their relationship, but I know that's not necessarily the most important plot arc, but still - they're so great together! Wish I could've seen this on Broadway, though. Hehe.
On the topic of music: does anyone have any music recommendations? Bands? Artists? CDs?
Back to the topic of Hugh Grant: Any must-see Hugh movies?
And hey! Look,
yorda_ created a slash archive for BoB! Rejoice!
The 16th Wheel for XF Lyric Wheel is up. Yeesh, a lot of reading to be done in the next few days! Lots of juicy stuff I can't wait to sink my meaty little jaws into. Yummm.
And lastly, watched The Iron Giant today in class (during which I cried, at the end). A truly great quote from the movie:
"You are who you choose to be."
eta: James Marsters is looking incredibly dead-sexier with his new 'do.
