our house is falling apart

There is a hole in our second floor. From the tub in the bathroom on the second floor. Water drips through these holes down into our kitchen. There are cracks forming. The ceiling(second floor) could collapse over time, smothering whoever would be unlucky enough to be in the kitchen at the time.

We have guests/roomates living at our house. They are the reason why there are holes in our house. They are irresponsible idiots who don't know how to take care of their living environment. They don't even help us clean up. Inconsiderate bastards. Hopefully they'll be out by next month.

And we're looking at a very dangerous problem with an expensive price to fix it. The parentals are brainstorming ways to repair the floor/bathroom/toilet/tub area by themselves. As in, peeling off the tiles and taking the toilet out.

Fuck.
