Exposure Event

Big Time Softball Exposure Events are open to the public and provide athletes an opportunity to participate in a pro-style workout in front of a minimum of 7 NCAA coaches. All participants will receive an event t-shirt, an online Player Profile on the BTS website featuring their measurable stats, a head shot, player information, and an HD skills video. In addition to the college coaches in attendance, all player profiles will be available to college coaches around the country.

• Pro-style workout including a dynamic warm-up, timed sprints, offensive and defensive evaluations, and pitcher bullpens to capture velocities, spin rates, movement, etc.
• Showcase in front of 7+ NCAA Coaches
• FlightScope and BlastMotion provide advanced pitching and hitting metrics to be featured on athlete's player profile page
• All participants receive an HD college recruitment video
• Social Media promotion of top performers
• Opportunity to be ranked in our state and national rankings
• Ability to demonstrate continued growth and player development 

Open ID Event

Big Time Softball Open ID Events are open to the public and provide athletes an opportunity to participate in a pro-style workout. Team Scout Day

Big Time Softball Scout Days provide an opportunity to book a pro-style workout available only to members of your organization. All participants will receive an online Player Profile on the BTS website featuring their measurable stats, head shot, player information, and an HD skills video. All player profiles will be available to college coaches around the country.

• Private BTS Showcase designed specifically for your Team or Organization (Not open to the public)
• Scout Days will include the same pro-style workout used in our showcases
• BTS staff will travel to you and will provide all the necessary technology to enhance your experience and capture advanced metrics, including FlightScope, BlastMotion, radar guns, and lasers for timed sprints.
• Your Team or Organization will provide the venue
• Minimum of 30 players required

How It Works

Teams or Organizations interested in scheduling a Scout Day, will work with BTS staff to determine a workout date. Once a date and location is confirmed, an email description of the event with a link to the registration page will be sent to the organization so that athletes can register ahead of time.  Inquiry on our CONTACT US form in thei link below
