<lj-template name="qotd" lang="en_LJ">

Officially celebrate? Well that'd pretty much be Christmas. I do it for the loves. ^.^

My family is pretty big on the family get together things, so its nice to have any excuse. I also celebrate my Nieces birthdays, but that isn't so much an official holiday.

I do make a nod to the other events as they pass or I find someone is of the particular faith. Why? Simple answer: Why not? More complex answer: Why is it an issue? If I were a particular denomination and someone said Happy/Merry/I'a/Cheerful Christmas/Hanukkah/Cthulhu/Kwanza, I can fairly safely assume that they are saying it with the best intentions. (One exception. ;p)

You go to gleebay.com or something, the link instead takes you to ebay.com, completely bypassing your gleebay.com.

Do opt out:
1. Open the Admin Console at http://www.livejournal.com/admin/console/
2. Execute the following command: set opt_exclude_stats 1

It seems this only protects YOU not visitors to your site. I'm going to do additional research on it though...
