BFA Application and Tuition Inquiry

Each parent/guardian entered on the form must have his/her own unique email address. The first parent/guardian enters a password for the BFA OpenApply account that will be created when this form is submitted. Additional parents/guardians will be invited via email to set up their own account. If a family prefers to work out of one account, they do not need to complete the registration for the second account. Both email addresses entered into the system will continue to receive emails through the application process.

An automatic email regarding your account set-up will be sent immediately upon submission of this form. If you do not receive it, please check your junk or spam email folders. The admissions office will also respond personally to your inquiry, typically within a few business days.

If inquiring for more than one student, please add additional students using the “Save & add another inquiry” button at the bottom of this form.
