Reisjunk.nl is the largest travel blog in the Netherlands. Since 2014 you can find everything here to prepare for your next adventurous trip. Together we set to work to give the brand extra charge by designing a website, webshop and travel guide full of experience.

Reisjunk gets you in the mood for your next trip with ‘hand-picked’ tips for destinations all over the world. Reisjunk writes articles from their own experience, and we have brought that authenticity back into the website design.
Based on the existing logo, we designed a supplementary style and color palette. Freedom, experience, and adventure are central, allowing the beautiful visual material to come into its own.
User-friendly navigation on the website
Good navigation is a top priority for both desktop and mobile. For example, you can quickly find a destination via the well-organized megamenu or use an interactive world map. Thanks to related posts, we also help you quickly find all relevant articles for endless reading pleasure and the best tips. These related posts are selected for relevance by a smart algorithm.
Maximum performance and technology for findability
Technology has also been considered to keep the website running smoothly, even with many active visitors. We use WordPress in combination with custom-coded templates for the cleanest possible code and maximum functionality. Blog pages on Reisjunk.nl score 90+ in Google Page Speed. For users, the website is also lightning-fast thanks to the use of Object Caching.
After a search for a creative designer, we met with Roderick and Niké. They started creating an ebook for us that exceeded all our expectations. After delivering the ebook, they tackled our website by rebuilding it from scratch. Not only the looks were taken into account, but also improvements in user-friendliness and technology. During the process they came up with original additions and ideas that we probably wouldn’t have thought of ourselves. Communication was always good and they take all the time to achieve the best result together. They are a strong team who together have everything you need to strengthen your brand.
