Once a year.
Twice a day.
11 on repeat.

I love to pick a song and listen.
Listen listen.
On repeat.
While I write.
It calms me and stimulates me.
At the same time.
It creates a boundary of input.
And lets me ride the wave.
Sometimes a playlist or Pandora station.
If I’m feeling a little looser.

You notice it.
You vibe it.
You kind of love it.
Is it silly?
What is the why of this when?

Attended the most beautiful wedding on Saturday.
Two people so well matched
It was electric.
11
They stood there looking into each other
As the judge told them to take the moment in
To clock the feeling
So they could return to it all their lives.
Re/mind.
11/11.

11/11 is an elegant re/minder.
Repetitive thoughts are so called ‘angelic’ thoughts.
Are they sent to us?
Do they arise?
Are they instruction?
Or a chorus?
If a year is a song
11/11 is the numerical version of
The hook.
That part you wake up hearing.
Ear worms.
A re/minder to do that thing
Call that person
Start that project.
Why meditation is so helpful.
Repetitive thoughts come to the surface
Like dolphins.

Repetitive thoughts help us finally listen.
Just stand there and take it in.
This feeling of possible magic.
So you can call on it.
All your days.
When things are challenging at your desk.
In your heart.
In your mind.

What about the annoying repetitive thoughts?
Are they also angelic?
Are they demonic?
Are they mental weights?
We need to get strong to lift them up and off.

11/11
Come again.
Repetitive thoughts lead to repetitive action.
Repetitive action
Creates change.

I mean the way it looks.
Come back to yourself.
11 looks like river banks to me.
Boundaries create momentum.
Boundaries create freedom.
Boundaries create focus.
Can you hear the river rushing?
Can you hear the repetetive thoughts?
Now?

11 looks like the Twin Towers.
I can’t not include that.
Also an 11 day.
Change can come gradually - or catastrophically.
Two choices.
I choose you.
Take it in.
Feel your heart so you can call upon it.
Receiving and giving all at once.
11.
Both.

11/11 rhymes with heaven.
Sparkles with alignment.
Am I?
Are you?
A perfect day
To notice.
To reset.
To open up.
Just like every day.

Technically
11 represents
Insight without rationalization.
A channel - that visual of boundaries - to the subconscious.
Intuition, spiritual awakening, sensitivity and creativity.
Just a reminder.

Stand still.
Feel the love.
Take it in so you can call upon it.
And it can call to you.
Just when you are brittle and afraid you might break.
When it feels like the boundaries are walls.
When you feel mistaken.
When you can’t even call.
If you stand still
And feel it
When you need it
It can call you.
