Khalil Rizkallah brings over 25 years of experience in the Internet, Data Center, and Cloud services industry, with a track record of leadership across the Middle East, Africa, and Europe. He holds a Master’s degree in Telecommunications and Networks, and completed the Program for Leadership Development at Harvard Business School.
Khalil began his career in 1998 with Data Management, playing a key role in Lebanon’s early Internet landscape. After the merger with IncoNet, he led the integration of networks and systems for what became the largest privately owned ISP in the region.
In 2004, he joined Patton Electronics to establish a new ISP in Africa, later moving to NavLink in Qatar in 2005. There, he contributed to the growth of the region’s first commercial Tier 3 Data Center, operated in partnership with Ooredoo (Qatar Telecom).
From 2009, Khalil expanded NavLink’s Managed Hosting Services into Saudi Arabia and France, eventually overseeing business development across multiple territories. In 2016, he led a strategic partnership with Amazon Web Services, positioning NavLink as AWS’s first Managed Cloud Services Partner in the Middle East.
In 2018, Khalil founded kloudr, a leading Cloud Managed Services provider and certified partner for AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure. Under his leadership, kloudr empowers organizations to enable, optimize, and secure their cloud presence as they navigate their digital transformation journey.
