Ten boutique residences
BENT ST Terraces are a collection of boutique residences positioned on a quiet, tree-lined corner in the established inner north suburb of Turner. Designed for those drawn to refined city living, with an appreciation for architecture, landscape, considered detail and the rhythms of a settled neighbourhood.

Architecture
BENT ST is shaped by restraint. Two storeys arranged as a low, horizontal composition hold the corner of Bent and Condamine Streets, neither asserting themselves nor receding into the streetscape. Each residence is considered in how it meets ground, light and outlook. Inside, generous ceiling heights, framed views and shifts between intimate and open volumes give the spaces a quiet sense of presence. The result is architecture confident enough to be quiet.

Exterior Materials
The exterior is composed as a series of low, horizontal volumes — a bronze metallic aluminium cassette wrapped in rhythmic vertical battens above, grounded by a pale stone base and warm timber cladding at ground level, and softened by mature landscape. Materials have been chosen for their warmth and longevity; bluestone, pre-finished aluminium, timber and render combine in a palette that is rich, restrained and quietly contemporary. Bent St Terraces embody an architecture of considered permanence — confident, textural, and at home within its surroundings.

Interiors
The interior carries the language of the exterior inward — warm, textural and quietly considered. The bronze, stone and timber of the facade continue across the threshold as oak joinery, engineered stone and a palette grounded in earthy, contemporary tones.

Open-plan living spaces flow seamlessly to private alfresco terraces through full-height glazing and sliding doors, drawing northern light deep into each residence. Custom oak cabinetry and wide-plank timber floors bring warmth; Caesarstone benchtops, signature feature tiling and softly textured terrazzo introduce depth and quiet contrast. Each residence is offered in a choice of two carefully composed colour palettes — two distinct tonal expressions of the same considered design language.

Residences
Bent St Terraces have been purposefully designed around the balance of function and aesthetic. Each residence offers the considered comforts of modern living within a generous and considered footprint, available in a range of configurations and sizes, each with its own distinct character.
Open-plan living, flexible secondary spaces and a seamless connection to private alfresco terraces and central gardens allow each residence to evolve with the rhythms of its occupants. Modern yet enduring, the architecture draws its longevity from the quality of its materials, the restraint of its detailing and the warmth of its palette. The spaces are deliberately quiet — composed to frame the objects, memories and rituals of the lives lived within them, and to grow richer with use.
