[The first thing that the Warrior had done upon being reanimated was fall on all fours and throw up. He had been horrified before - he had seen things that chilled him to the bone - but nothing - nothing - like this. And to be immobilized, unable to move, speak, even to breathe...
He managed to get back to his pod and change into clean clothes, but he couldn't stay still. For once devoid of armor and without his sword, he left and just...wandered, trying to get away from the memories. Trying to get away from those fragmented bodies and all reminders of the fact that he had acted stupidly, recklessly. When he reached the back of the temple, the waterfall stopped him from going further. It was...soothing. And he desperately needed to be soothed.
He's starting to wonder whether he was as suited for protecting this place as he had thought.
tl;dr: The Warrior is sitting beside the waterfall at the back of the temple, clutching a forearm-length chunk of glowing blue crystal and looking shell-shocked. Who wants to bother him?]
[The Warrior has been thinking about putting up this message for some time, but the arrival of the statues has convinced him. While he's not entirely certain that they are a threat, they have convinced him that if things can change overnight, then it's best if everyone is prepared. He's got a bad feeling he should have done something sooner.]
Those of you who cannot fight - it would be best if you obtained a spear and shield from the armoury. If you are threatened, they should allow you to defend yourselves long enough for help to arrive, or for you to escape.
[There's a short pause.]
It would also be a good idea if anyone willing to teach the use of other weapons were to make this known.
...I do not think that all threats will be as easily repelled as the last.
[And on that somewhat ominous note, he clicks the comm off.]
[The attentive may notice that the Warrior's voice sounds slightly thicker than usual. Having pushed himself hard during the invasion, once Loe confirmed that it was over, he collapsed into bed and passed out. He only woke up about ten minutes ago.]
I hope that no one was badly hurt during the recent invasion, and that those who were injured are healing well.
[This means you, Lily.]
Hiccup, you said that you knew your way around an anvil. If you have nothing else to do, I have a project for you.
