I am certainly happy to do this. It is written below: I used Belhasa car rental for two years and their service was excellent. This related to maintenance, speed of response generally when contacting them and payment (extremely easy and convenient as they would send a courier to me to collect money.) Even when I broke down once (a long distance outside Dubai) they were still open late evening to reservice my car and help me return home in it that same evening.

2 weeks back we organized an international event in Abu Dhabi. Rent A Car deal was given to Belhasa Car Rental. And it’s the 3rd year continuously we are working with you guys. Following an unfortunate tyre blow-out whilst driving to work, I would like to say how impressed I am with the level of service Belhasa provided to me. Within one & half an hour of making a phone call to inform them of the problem, Belhasa had arranged for a driver to come all the way from Dubai to my office in Abu dhabi to deliver a new spare to me and check the car over. There was no delay and no need to put myself out, they came to me and sorted everything in a timely fashion. Great customer service, will definitely continue to use them as a car hire company
