Character Information
Name: Fisheye
Age: 19
Canon: Sailor Moon
Timeline: Post death
Affiliation: Breeder
Starter(s): Feebas (54, 65) Magikarp (83, 69)
History: Wikia
Personality: The main thing about Fisheye is his tendency to switch moods at the drop of a hat. There is rarely any transition from happy to sad, sad to angry or angry to pouting. All it takes is a single thought or even a single picture of a cute boy. Even Hawkseye bitches at him once from going from sulking to cheerful just from seeing a picture of a hot guy and claiming he had no idea what Hawk was talking about. But despite all of the moodswings, he's actually fairly predictable.
For starters he believes in keeping up a certain image, vanity that cares more about what others think about him rather than just being himself. However when he's around Hawkseye and Tigerseye, he shows himself without a single care in the world. Bitchy whenever he feels like it, complaining openly about things he dislikes and squealing like a fanboy over things that he gets overly excited about. He sasses them, teases them, complains about life in general with them and he generally has fun doing it too. Around someone he likes however, he'll pretend to be whatever they want him to be. If they want sweet and innocent, he'll do it. Naive fairy type? No problem. Intelligent and completely into whatever it is they're into, in the beat of a heart. He will change his image to fit whatever perfect type the other holds in hopes of gaining their affections. He does so almost flawlessly, if not for one small problem.
His temper. Fisheye has a hair trigger anger problem, mainly sparked by jealousy or even not enough attention given to him. Even someone paying more attention to the health of a flower than being around him causes him to snap and get violent. He does not like it when he's not the center of attention, and the moment that he's not he throws aside whatever mask he had put up and shows his true colors. Spiteful, angry and petty, he never likes to be second best to anything when it comes to romance. At least when it's more the idea he's in love with rather than the person. The one time that he's rejected when he felt truly in love with his target, he couldn't hurt them. He couldn't even find it in himself to stab them like he had wanted to, the knife imbedding in the board next to them. He accepted their choice, and fell into depression. He even went as far as trying to figure out what the problem was, and fix it in himself. Though in this case, it was that he loved Mamoru who was in love with Usagi because she had beautiful dreams. He knew he could never compete with that, and took defeat with no small amount of sadness.
It's at that point where he starts to mellow out some, starts to see the flaws in his ways and most of all starts to hope and wish that he could have dreams of his own. And not just for himself, for Tigerseye and Hawkseye too. When he believes all hope is lost, he sulks to himself away from even his friends. But when faced with Usagi, he shows acceptance that he never would with anyone else who had cost him a man. He becomes friends with her, and cares for her well-being because he envies her and her dreams and even does whatever he can to protect her.
That's his best feature really (and one of the only ones), that he'll do absolutely anything for his friends. Even if it means sacrificing his own life, he'll do it so long as it's for someone he cares about. As much as the Amazon Trio bickers with each other, Fisheye will do absolutely anything for Hawkseye and Tigerseye, and after the incident with Mamoru Usagi was included in that group too and by extension her friends as well. He wants his friends to be happy, even if they fight sometimes and even if they anger him, he cares for them and can be genuinely sweet when he feels like it.
Powers & Abilities:
+ Most basic thing, he was originally a fish given a human form so he can breath underwater and excels in swimming.
+ Dream Mirror extraction: Counting to three, he can summon a board to hold someone on, metal cuffs to keep them there and rip out their dream mirror so he can see what's inside.
+ He's excellent at throwing daggers and ball riding.
+ Very agile and limber since he worked in a circus.
+ Teleportation: He can use a ring of water to teleport him anywhere, as long as he's familiar with the location.
+ He's also shown to have the ability to freeze someone and unfreeze them at will, with them having no idea of what happened.

Third-Person Sample: When it all comes down to it, what more is everything than just a dream? They had gotten their wish, they finally had dreams like real humans. But at what cost? They didn't even have forms in Elysion, simply conscious balls of light that were given a place to start anew once the light returned to the world. But they were together, and that was all that mattered.
He had his body back, but was it really worth it? Hawkseye and Tigerseye were no where to be seen, no one he recognized even. Just all these people around, going about their own business. He changed into the dress he found in his bag before approaching the townsfolk, a pair of gloves covering the scales on his hands just in case and his hair down over his ears. He hoped they wouldn't notice, the last thing he needed was people throwing a fit about him being different and him having to shut them up. That would have just been a mess.
But the information was simple enough, no matter how frustrating it was they didn't seem to understand his issue of how he got there. They said he got himself there, he should know how he did it and there was no way they could know. But he didn't get himself there and they just wouldn't listen! He held back though, fists clenched at his sides as he stormed off to flop under a tree at the edge of town. Just what the hell was going on here?
A heavy irritated sigh fell from his lips, resignation finally settling in. There was no way to figure out what was going on just yet without a bit more info. He reached into the bag next to him, pulling out two little balls that were there. For a few moments he just gave them a blank stare, trying to figure out why they looked so familiar. A human thing he had seen in a store before? He rolled them around in his hand for a bit before curiosity got the best of him and he pressed the buttons.
Two flashes of light, two ugly fish flopping there on the ground in front of him. He could already feel his eye start to twitch. The fact that the little computer thing next to him automatically pinged in info about them... No. He didn't like what he heard, he didn't like it all. His fist slammed down on the computer to get it to shut up, unknowingly switching the video onto record.
First-Person Sample: [Accidental video]
You have got to be kidding me!
[There on the screen is a rather pretty... girl? boy? Whoever it is, their voice is rather androgynous and they're wearing a fancy dress, long blue hair held back in a low pony tail and they look pissed.]
They're just so... so ugly! And completely useless! If I'm gonna be stuck in some stupid world I at least expected them to give me something that I could actually use! This is insulting! Just what are they trying to imply here huh?! This isn't funny!
[On the ground in front of them are a Magikarp and a Feebas, both Pokémon just flopping there. The scream of frustration as the person tugs at their hair seems to let out the last of whatever anger had built up, as moments later their shoulders slump forward. The tugging caused their hair to be pulled out of the tie that was holding it back, and now it falls to hide their expression. When they speak again, the voice is softer. More tired than anything really, barely even audible.]
These things are based after animals, huh? I think I wouldn't have minded a cat, even if I can't stand them. Or even a bird. Tigerseye... Hawkseye... Where are you?
Anything else?
