last night he sends a quick msg: "hi".

I ignore.

Today, just a few minutes ago, he sends another one, just the general 'hi, how you going?" type one.

Now, I haven't authorised him. I have that box ticked that doesn't allow people to see when I'm online.

SO WHY THE FUCK DOES HE MSG ME EVERY TIME I'M ONLINE?

Or is it just a big coincidence?
