Thoughts on this week's Angel (Soulless)

Noticed that the director for the ep was "Sean Astin" - is this the same as Sean 'Samwise Gamgee' Astin?

Angelus is nuts. But that whole thing with Cordy and mustangs was just off in so many ways. Or, erotic in a sort of perverse way.

Yay on the Fred/Wes front, *boo* Gunn. But it's still all playing into Angelus' hands, so who knows what will come of it. Angelus is one sick mofo. Have I already mentioned that?

And especially with Cordy really riling him at the end of the ep, then finding out that Angel's soul-in-a-bottle is missing..big mistake. But tell me that they couldn't see the misplacing/theft of Angel's soul coming? I mean, talk about obvious :P

And how come Lorne (god bless his green little soul) didn't cop any shit from Angelus? Why? I mean, I love Lorne and don't want him hurt, but still..no witty reparte, ya know? Bit of a let down. Either that, or it did happen and it was so traumatic for me that I have since blocked it from my mind.
