I watched The Breakfast Club today. Boy does that movie crack my shit up! heee, 80s films!
Couple of random points:
- Yes,
madame_muppet, Bender also reminds me of Brian from QAF. The mannerisms and the way he delivered certain lines!
- Young Emilio Estevez! I love him!
- Not terribly original, formulaic.
- Sexual harassment not having the same bad weight that is associated with it today.
- 80s sexism :P
But it was amusing overall, so that was a nice way of spending an afternoon after work.
Next in my 80s film lineup: The Big Chill, a film that is only a year older than me, lol
