Oh yeah. My requisite bashing of Blood and Gold

Well...I'm finally up to the point in time where Marius is lusting after Bianca and has just taken Amadeo under his wing (and is umming and ahhing about making him into a Vamp).

So it's holding my interest at present, cos I like Amadeo :)
[He will never replace my Lestat though, just let me set that straight.]

I also didn't find the "Art History" sections too bad, as compared to the Ancient History bits. It's not that I dislike Ancient History, I love it...but the frame of mind I'm in at the moment I prefer Art History.
