Madeline Eagleton

Training Coordinator

Madeline (she/her) brings a strong background in frontline support, resource coordination, and training delivery. Since 2020, she has volunteered in harm reduction focused settings, worked with youth in a residential setting, and held multiple roles at United Way BC’s Helpline Services (bc211/VictimlinkBC), from Community Resource Navigator to Contact Centre Manager. Madeline has extensive knowledge of social support systems including violence prevention, emergency housing, income assistance, settlement services and more. As BCSTH’s Training Coordinator, she supports member enrollment and identifies training needs across programs. Outside of work, she enjoys trail running, reading, going to the beach, and painting watercolours.
