
Movement & Motion facilitator, Pamela Hin, guides participants through a series of movements designed to enhance range of motion, balance, endurance, and strength. These exercises promote increased lymphatic flow and reduced swelling, and are commonly recommended by physical therapists. Pamela has transformed them into a fun, accessible dance that can be enjoyed by participants of all abilities. Each movement can be performed seated.
