Student Login Instructions

Before you can access your Blackboard account, you must be able to access your RCSJ Cumberland Email. For help with RCSJ-Cumberland email, call 856-200-4811 or email helpdesk@rcsj.edu
Your Blackboard username is everything before the @ symbol in your Cumberland email address (@student.rcsj.edu).
The first time you login to RCSJ-Cumberland's Blackboard, you must reset the password. Click Forgot Password? below the Sign In button and then type your First and Last Name (as you submitted when you applied to the College) and your Blackboard username (see above). If you have reset your Blackboard password, but forget what it is, click Forgot Password and repeat the reset process.

2025 Summer Late Start 10 Week and Summer 5B Courses in Blackboard (Monday, June 2, 2025)
Attention Students: 2025 Summer Late Start 10 Week and Summer 5B courses that begin on 6/23 will open to students in Blackboard starting the afternoon of 6/20, in preparation for their official start date.
During the drop/add period for these terms, distance learning will run two enrollment batches per day to capture any student enrollment in these courses that happens during that time. Students who are signed in to a course after drop/add has ended should email distancelearning@rcsj.edu to notify them of their registration. After Distance Learning verifies registration, they will enroll the student in the course in Blackboard.
Students who drop courses during the drop/add period should email distancelearning@rcsj.edu to have those courses removed from their courses list in Blackboard.

Important: Cumberland Blackboard Password Reset Required (Monday, July 22, 2024)

As of 6/10, Cumberland's Blackboard password requirement criteria have changed. As a result, all Blackboard users must reset their passwords by following these instructions: https://www.rcsj.edu/cc-activate-student
