BBB Korea is a non-profit organization funded by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism. BBB provides interpretation service in 19 different languages with 4,500 intellectual volunteers to overcome the language culture barrier. Also, through the online/offline campaigns for expansion in culture exchange, all kinds of citizens are participating in knowledge sharing for the people all over the world to communicate. bbb interpretation service is a system that bbb volunteers help foreigners in communicating through their mobile phone. The service is available anywhere anytime if a call is made to bbb, then it will be connected to volunteer directly for translation. bbb is a public service with no additional charge in service usage except the basic toll. It is available 24hours 7 days. 기능소개 bbb 통역 애플리케이션은 1588-5644를 통한 ARS 안내 없이 언어선택 후 봉사자에게 바로 연결되는 편리한 기능을 제공합니다. 한번 사용한 서비스 언어는 자동 저장되어 이후 서비스 사용 시 앱 실행을 하지 않고도 bbb 통역 서비스를 간편하게 이용할 수 있습니다. bbb application provides simple way of using bbb service. Instead of calling 1588-5644 and without ARS announcement, the phone call can be directly connected to the volunteers by choosing a language through the application. The language that has been used once is automatically saved, so for the after usage the interpretation service with same language can be provided without using the application. In addition to the actual service, bbb application provides 'Incheon Airport Hotline'. When faced with language difficulties in Incheon Airport, use the ‘Incheon Airport Hotline' to connect with the bbb volunteers service.
