Basic4GL

Basic4GL lets you write programs in BASIC language and run them on your Android phone or tablet. It includes a compiler and virtual machine that allows you to write and run programs written in the Basic4GL, which is an updated version of BASIC.

Basic4GL has builtin support for OpenGL 1.1. It is designed to be an easy to learn programming environment for creating games and graphical programs, and rapid prototyping.
